REhabilitate Experiences are 40 minutes in duration with 2 services.

Your visit will include 2 of the services listed below to achieve your Health & Wellness and Fitness goals.

Services include Manual Therapy, Stretching, Exercise Prescription, Health & Wellness Education and use of Modalities.

The goal of this experience is to return you to day to day activities or recreational sports.

This will allow a comprehensive foundation for your recovery and return to fitness.
